Assists with the arrival and departure of bus groups, when applicable.Facilitates promotional programs designed to attract and retain large groups of new and existing guests to the casino.Accurately communicates all marketing activities and promotions, and amenities available to guests.Assists all other casino departments with the issuance of players cards for established and new guests.Issues card reprints, PIN changes and comps to players as needed.Seeks out and sells guests on the value of signing up for a Morongo Rewards Card.Meets, greets and delivers exceptional service to all guests in person or over the phone.Maintains relationships with known players and develop relationships with potential players.Provides support of special events and promotions for the Marketing Department while promoting Morongo Rewards membership by assisting patrons through the membership process and answering questions.
